Having chronic pain or chronic illness means many things change, and a lot of them are invisible. Unlike having cancer or being hurt in an accident, most people do not understand even a little about chronic pain or chronic illness and its effects, and of those that think they know who are actually misinformed.

Please use the letter below and give it to all those in your life that you would like to understand what you are going through.
